In the opening weekend of the season the RFU North ROC has received reports of disputes relating to Front Row Replacements and Uncontested Scrums.
It's very difficult to right a wrong decision after the event and causes endless hours for volunteers to resolve. Therefore we recommend that all clubs keep a copy of the diagram (below) available as a point of reference, to enable the teams and the referee to come to the correct decision in the circumstances.
